TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General Information

By booking an appointment or using services offered by me, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These apply to both homeopathy and reflexology services provided in person or online.

2. Appointments

  • Booking: Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or via email.

  • Consultation Types: Homeopathic consultations are offered both in-person and online video (via Zoom/Whatsapp/Facetime) and reflexology sessions are offered in-person only.

  • Contact in between homeopathic consultations: This will be discussed during your consultation. If necessary, I may ask you to send brief updates by email between appointments to help guide your treatment.

3. Payments​

  • Fees: All fees are outlined on the booking page kerrykillick.com

  • Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash (for in-person sessions).

  • Payment Timing: Full payment is required at the time of appointment.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Notice: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee of 50% of the session cost.

  • No-Shows: Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in the full session fee being charged.

5. Remedies & Prescriptions

  • Irish Residents: The initial homeopathic remedy is included in the homeopathic consultation fee. Additional remedies, tinctures, or tissue salts will need to be purchased separately by the client.

  • International Clients: Homeopathic prescriptions will be emailed, along with details of reputable pharmacies for ordering.

6. Confidentiality & Records

All client information is treated with strict confidentiality and in accordance with GDPR and Irish data protection laws. Consultation notes are securely stored and retained for 7 years, as legally required. Information will never be shared without your consent unless required by law to protect life or comply with a legal obligation.

 

7. Medical Disclaimer

Services provided are complementary and not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment. Clients are advised to consult with their GP or other medical professional regarding any health concerns.  You should not discontinue prescribed medications or medical treatments without discussing it with your healthcare provider.

8. Insurance & Professional Standards

Kerry Killick Homeopathy & Reflexology is fully insured through Balens Europe B.V. and adheres to the professional standards set by the Irish Society of Homeopaths and the National Register of Reflexologists Ireland.

 

9. Changes to Terms

These terms and conditions may be updated periodically. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
